Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required to secure your booking. In the event of a cancellation either by an individual or group the deposit is not refundable. Please see our cancellation policy for details regarding the transferal of a deposit.
En-suite Rooms allocated on a ‘first come – first served’ basis, and at least one place in an en-suite room is charged at the adult rate. En-suite Rooms incur an extra supplement per en-suite room.
Provisional Bookings are held for 7 days after which a Booking Form and full deposit is required.

We encourage all guests and groups to take out holiday insurance, which includes cancellation insurance.
